Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Jheel platform.

Using the platform

Access to Jheel is provided under a subscription agreement between your firm and Jheel. These terms apply alongside, and don't replace, the specific commercial terms in that agreement.

You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

Fund, trade and investor data you load into the platform remains your property. We process it to provide the service and don't use it for any purpose outside that, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of data you load into the platform. Calculations such as NAV, performance and risk are only as correct as the underlying data provided.

Availability and support

We target the uptime and support response times set out in your service agreement. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside of typical trading hours where possible and communicated in advance.

Jheel is a tool to support fund operations, not a substitute for your firm's own controls, compliance obligations or professional judgment.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time, with notice for material changes. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Either party may terminate under the conditions in the service agreement. On termination, you can export your fund's data for a reasonable period afterward.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to our team through the Talk to Sales page, or in writing to the firm's registered business address.
